Shri. Yaseen Kamal Patel used to grow Marigold on his 0.3 hectare of field using traditional irrigation method of flood irrigation and his total yield used to be 4100 (kg/acre). He wants to increase the yield of his crop so he introduced Epc drip irrigation system for Marigold in his field. Through the use of this technique on the same field and same crop, the crop yield increased from 4100 (Kg/acre) to 8500 (kg/acre).

Although there was a increase in total cost of cultivation from Rs 28100 to Rs 40950 but the net returns on for the crop increases from Rs 84650 to Rs 192800.
