  • Degree of filtration – 130 microns.
  • Very easy to dismantle & clean.
  • Robust & higher filtration efficiency.
  • Helix ring prevents clogging of filtration area during operation.
  • Interchangeability between disc and screen options.

Semi-automatic screen Filter (Plastic shell)

  • Flow capacities – up to 42 m3/hr.
  • Degree of filtration – 120 mesh.
  • Connection Sizes – 2”, 2.5” & 3”
  • No corrosion due to chemicals.
  • No need of frequent/ daily opening for cleaning required.
  • More suitable for areas with low quality water where frequent cleaning is needed.
  • Filter cleaning in operation enhances operating time.
  • Pressure differential indicator is provided which indicates the choking of screen filter.
  • Handle is provided to the filter for flushing purpose in operating condition.
  • When filter chokes the pressure differential indicator will pop up & RED mark will be visible that indicates filter needs flushing.
  • To flush, just open the drain valve and rotate the handle clockwise & anti clock wise. Repeat the same process till the indicator comes down to its normal position.
